    If you have food allergies or sensitivities, you may be suffering from some of the following symptoms:

    Digestive complaints:
    nausea
    vomiting
    abdominal cramps
    flatulence
    bloating
    diarrhea
    constipation
    gastritis
    irritable bowel syndrome
    ulcerative colitis

    Skin Problems:
    rash
