Roasted Yams with Rosemary

This dish is as easy as can be!  It is a favorite I use over and over again!

2 or 3 yams or sweet potatoes

olive oil

fresh minced rosemary

salt and pepper to taste

 

Cut the yams or sweet potatoes into 1 /2 inch cubes. Spread evenly on an oiled cooked sheet.  Drizzle a little bit more olive oil over the potato cubes.  Sprinkle the rosemary, salt and pepper evenly over the potatoes.  Bake at 375 for approximately 40 minutes or until soft. Enjoy!
